Developed by an Egyptian startup, the Qualiphi platform leverages artificial intelligence to support students in their professional journey, guiding them at every step as they transition into the job market.

Qualiphi: an innovative career services management (CSM) platform 🌐📊

Qualiphi is a Career Services Management (CSM) platform designed to help educational institutions digitize their career-oriented services. Founded in 2025 by Nevien Magdy, the startup is headquartered in Cairo.

The platform operates in a context where many students struggle with career orientation, particularly when it comes to accessing internships and job opportunities. Qualiphi positions itself as an intelligent career advisor, delivering personalized guidance powered by AI.

According to the company, “the platform currently supports more than 500,000 students and graduates across 40 universities, along with a rapidly growing network of employers working to identify, attract, and develop the next generation of talent.”

A complete support system: careers, skills, and opportunities 🚀🎯

Qualiphi’s core services include:

  • career exploration, enabling students to discover paths aligned with their skills and ambitions;
  • skills development, through digital tools and training programs;
  • access to internships and job opportunities, easing entry into the workforce;
  • and direct connections with recruiters, linking talent to both local and international companies.

Through this approach, Qualiphi is building a comprehensive support ecosystem—one that combines technology and career guidance to maximize the employability of young graduates.

A regional ambition: expanding across Africa 🌍🤝

Building on its success in Egypt, the startup now aims to forge partnerships with companies both locally and across African markets, particularly in North Africa.

Qualiphi’s ambition is clear: to become a leading platform for internships and job opportunities across the sub-region. By doing so, it seeks to bridge the gap between qualified students and employers in search of promising talent.

With this expansion, the startup could significantly transform access to employment for hundreds of thousands of young people. The challenge ahead is equally ambitious: helping shape a more prepared and competitive workforce across the continent.

Do you think platforms like Qualiphi can truly reduce youth unemployment and improve job access across Africa?
