WhatsApp is preparing to introduce a new feature that will allow users to better manage their conversations. It will offer the possibility to create custom lists and filter discussions accordingly.

According to information revealed by WABetaInfo, the next WhatsApp update will bring a powerful tool for organizing your chats. Users will be able to create custom lists by adding individual contacts or groups. These lists will automatically generate corresponding filters, accessible at the top of the app’s main screen.

For example, you can create lists such as « Family, » « Work, » or « Friends, » each generating a specific filter. By selecting one of these filters, only the conversations associated with that list will be displayed. This way, you can focus on the exchanges that matter most to you at any given time.

This feature aims to save users time by eliminating the need to scroll through long lists of conversations. Particularly useful for those managing numerous chats, it will allow quick access to the most relevant discussions in just a few taps.
