Yes, you’re not dreaming, you read the title right, your iPhone photos can be accessed in real time from your Windows PC. One of Apple’s strengths is its ecosystem of products that communicate easily with each other. Many users of Apple products appreciate the ease with which they can find their iPhone photos directly on their MacBook, thanks to iCloud.

This simplicity is coming to Windows thanks to the iCloud for Windows application, available on the Microsoft Store. After updating your Photos application and installing iCloud on your computer, all you have to do is connect to your iCloud account to start synchronizing. An iCloud Photos icon will then appear in the Photos application. If not, you can still find your photos in the « Folders » tab:

Documents, contacts, calendars, passwords: everything is synced 🔄️
