Ginutech wants to fix how Cameroonian businesses manage themselves 🏢

Behind every Cameroonian business struggling to coordinate its teams or streamline its internal processes lies a familiar problem: the absence of purpose-built digital tools. Steve Fasseu, a software engineer and tech instructor, decided to tackle that gap directly. In January 2026, he founded Ginutech — a company built to rethink how Cameroonian organizations operate in an era of accelerating digital transformation.

Digitalizing Cameroon’s business operations 💻

Ginutech’s pitch centers on improving the profitability of the organizations it serves. The company says its clients will be able to manage their operations across different areas of activity from a single centralized interface — an approach designed, according to Ginutech, to reduce the administrative friction that routinely slows Cameroonian professionals down. The platform would also connect staff members within the same organization, or even across multiple companies, to improve the internal flow of information.

Beyond operations management, the startup promises enhanced digital visibility for its clients through dedicated web platforms — a meaningful advantage at a time when an online presence has become a key competitive factor for African SMEs.

From classroom to codebase 🎓

Fasseu laid his academic foundation at the University of Douala, where he graduated with a degree in mathematics and computer science in 2018. He then spent five years — from 2019 to 2024 — working as a software engineer at Karbura, a digital services company, before making the leap into entrepreneurship. Today, as founder and CEO of Ginutech, he also teaches full-stack web development at LocalHost Academy, a recognized certification center.
