The Beninese government has unveiled dialogue.finances.bj, a public digital platform designed to promote transparency around investments and monitor economic projects in real time. The goal: to create a more reliable, open business environment that inspires confidence among both investors and citizens.

This initiative is part of Benin’s broader digital transformation strategy, which has been underway for several years. Developed by the Technical Support Unit for Business Climate Improvement within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the platform establishes a permanent channel of communication between the government, the private sector, and civil society.

Its mission is clear: streamline decision-making, foster collaboration, and ensure that public policies are managed with transparency and accountability.
