Since its launch, Bing has been constantly evolving. From image generation to ChatGPT integration, Microsoft is constantly adding new features to its search engine. Now you can chat with Bing using your voice.

Bing recognizes your voice on both smartphones and computers🎙️

Voice recognition has been available for some time on Bing apps for Android and iOS. Now it’s also available on your computer via Microsoft Edge. As on mobile, simply press the 🎙️ microphone button to ask your question. Once Bing has obtained the results of your search, it can also read out the proposed answer.

Bing Chat currently supports five languages: English, French, Japanese, German and Mandarin. New languages are expected to be added in the coming weeks.

Swiftkey becomes even more useful with Bing 📱

Swiftkey is an alternative keyboard available on both Android and iOS. Acquired by Microsoft in 2016, it is one of the best and most popular keyboards available on both operating systems. Its popularity is no accident, quite the contrary. Its word prediction, swipe-to-type and personalization features make it a benchmark on the market. Integration with Bing has increased its capabilities tenfold. It is now possible to :

  • Create messages from Swiftkey: By entering a few parameters such as the subject, tone, format and length of a message, you can generate a message.
  • Translate text directly from the keyboard.
