Canva users suddenly found the platform inaccessible. Starting in the morning, a « 504 Gateway Timeout » error appeared, preventing access to the graphic design site. This outage affected thousands of users globally, leading to numerous reports.

The Canva team responded swiftly. By 10:30 AM, their incident tracking page reported a « major issue being resolved. » On social media, the company informed users that it was « investigating » the outage with the help of its engineers, though the exact cause was not disclosed.
