Canva Unveils Canva Visual Worksuite: The Perfect All-In-One 💻📱

Canva, the website allowing to create designs for any type of project offers since Wednesday, September 14 a suite of creation tools. Users will no longer have to transfer their Canva work to other software, the Australian company wants everything to be possible on its website.
What you need to know about Canva Visual Worksuite💻📱
At the Canva Create event, a new working suite named Canva Visual Worksuite, was unveiled. This is a real turning point for the graphic design tool:
« Today, we’re taking a major step forward in Canva’s journey by unveiling the biggest changes to Canva in nearly a decade. »
Indeed, these new features take Canva from the graphic design tool you know (and probably love) to a full-featured visual communication platform that anyone can use to unleash their creativity and achieve their goals without technical knowledge.
Canva Visual Worksuite includes the following tools:
- Canva Docs: document creation and collaboration.
- Whiteboards – create whiteboards to collaborate on projects
- Presentations – create PowerPoint-like presentations
- Social Networking: create posts in social network formats
- Videos: customize videos or create video montages
- Print: create print creations: postcards, calendars, etc.
- Websites: create a website or a landing page

- Canva Docs
With Canva Docs, you can:
- Add visuals from the Canva library (over 100 million photos and videos available),
- Easily integrate Canva designs such as whiteboards, banners or brainstorms,
- Collaborate with others on the same document as you can already do on Google Docs for example,
- Use « Docs to Decks »: an option that allows you to turn a Canva Docs into a beautiful presentation.
- Canva Websites
Canva also introduces Canva Websites which allows you to create websites from existing templates that can be customized. All templates are made to fit any device (mobile or computer), in responsive mode. You can put your website online with a free domain name (Canva domain), buy a new domain name through Canva or use an existing domain name you own.
- Canva Whiteboards
Canva announces that whiteboards are now available to all users worldwide. Whiteboards make it easier for teams to brainstorm and share ideas. Canva is also introducing new « Quick Flow » tools to easily create diagrams and flowcharts.
- A background removal tool for videos
Canva introduces for Canva video: a one-click background removal tool. This tool was already available for images, now it’s available for videos. You can now quickly remove a background from one of your videos.
All products in the Canva suite are interoperable. So if you make a presentation, you’ll also be able to turn it into a document or a website. Like its Teams product, the work suite will include collaboration features that allow team members to work together in real time on the same documents.
Canva’s suite is now equipped with new tools and puts forward Canva Docs to collaborate on documents. By launching this type of tool, Canva is directly attacking Google and Microsoft who have similar tools in their office suite.
Canva for professionals: some other new features announced😍🖥💻
- Canva plans to launch its API in beta, which will make it easier for developers to integrate with the suite.
- Canva is launching a creative program that will allow highly skilled designers to sell templates, photos, and designs to Canva users (no percentage split on the Sales Revenue (SR) generated, however, has been disclosed at this time). The more complex the model, the more the designers will be paid.
This new suite of tools is aimed at all professionals who are not specialized in graphic and video design and who are looking for easy-to-use tools for their daily tasks.
We can say that Canva has matured its product to facilitate the task of pro or not, to offer the most beautiful achievements and much more. It is a mountain of thumbs up for Canva.
